Basil and Snapdragon will be the most closely related. We believe this because they are both annual flowers and the Asian Lily is a perennial flower. Basil and Snapdragons also have multiple flowers coming off of the stem, while the Asian Lily does not. However, you could make the argument that Basil will be more closely related to the Asian Lily because they both are thought to originate from Asia, unlike the Snapdragon, which originates from the Mediterranean.
